Prisca
is 24 years old, just finished her master studies and is now
starting her working life. She has been a member of AEGEE-Passau for
more than 5 years already. Some highlights of her active AEGEE life
were being main coordinator of the conflict handling training in
Passau 2008, local and IPWG board member, Human Resources Manager of
Beyond Europe (flagship project 2010/2011), and trainer for the ES1
Cosenza (2009). AEGEE has given her a lot and she is now looking forward
to giving something back, being one of the managers for the ES1
Passau.

Katre
Hey!
My name is Katre-Helena Käppa, I’m 23 years old and I’ve been a member of AEGEE-Tartu since autumn 2007,I’m an ex-board member of AEGEE-Tartu and one of the initiators of Social Inclusion project.
A random fact why I joined AEGEE: during my first year of uni, I was looking for an student org to join, where it would be possible to meet non-Estonians. I checked my uni website about student orgs and AEGEE was first one on the list right after AIESEC. So I joined the first one in the list with no second thought:)..otherwise who knows, I might have been in AIESEC otherwise – but I’m glad I selected AEGEE

Pawel
Paweł Cieślak of AEGEE-Warszawa – that’s me.
My biggest passion is food. My second biggest – development of self and others ![]()
I joined AEGEE in 2008, after “YOUrope Needs YOU” TC in Kraków. Since then I was working
on a couple of training-based projects, including a two-level LTC and the upcoming T4T.
Yet my experience as a trainer comes mostly from outside our organisation – I used to be a part
of Amnesty International’s educational team and the president of my university’s student trainer
organisation. I hope that this ES will help me establish myself as a trainer inside our Network,
so I can have more opportunities to work with creative international folk like you!

Diana
I am Diana Yolova, from AEGEE-Sofia. Now I’m 25, but in Passau I’ll be already 26
I am in AEGEE since 2007 and I’m still active in local and European level. I’ve been
participating as a trainer in LTSs, SUs, events mainly within AEGEE, the National Youth
Forum of Bulgaria & YiA Projects.
My motivation to become part of the team of the ES1 Passau comes from my abiding
interest in AEGEE and as I do feel myself in the moment when I am ready for this. I am
ready to show to somebody else what is AEGEE for me, what I gained from it, how it totally
changed my life and myself as a person.
I am a member of AEGEE, I am active, I am a volunteer and this is simply part of my
life. By my experience I have given the opportunity to see all the possibilities that we have
as being a volunteer and this is not little. Moreover this is very important for youth and
initial for them to find it, to see it in real and to realise its impact. ES1 Passau is a perfect
opportunity to change the future of at least one person, one individual and to make him or
her fully inside. Becoming an active member of AEGEE can be a real step for those changes
that we all want, and I definitely would like to be part of it!

I´m a member of AEGEE for over 6 years now, all the time of my studies. I learned a lot of new things during this time and this has changed me a lot. Now I would like share the experience I made and find a way with you to fundraise, PR, work with your board, talk to stakeholders, think long-term… all the little steps it takes to realize YOUR IDEAS. I´m really looking forward to this ES1, to see what ideas you will have, how you will develop , to the whole challenge of designing this training. And also I´m looking forward to have hot wine, Lebkuchen and Spekulatius with you…
See you in Passau!
